Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza is an actress and comic born on June 26, 1984. She plays April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. After doing improv and sketch comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza began her first web-based series with the Jeannie Tate Show. The show continued to grow with her appearances in Funny People by Judd Apatow and Scott Pilgrim, in vs. World. Happy birthday! Plaza is a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, New York City since 2004. In NYC, she has performed stand-up in stand-up comedy at The Improv and The Laugh Factory. Plaza was a character on Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street. She also was Robin Gibney on The Jeannie Tate Show. In CollegeHumor Troopers, she played an satirical character from science fiction called the Princess. Plaza first made her appearance playing saxophone alongside Cassorla's Bona Fide. In 2012, she made her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. In HarmonQuest in 2016, Plaza played Hawaiian Coffee the gnome. In the same year, she played Aaron Burr In Drunk History and Cat Adams in Season 11 of the C.B.S. show on television Criminal Minds. In the 12th season, she returned to the show with a resounding success in the role. After announcing her appearance, Plaza appeared in An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
